You’re right. Maybe angsty isn’t the best world, perhaps negative? Compared to Bolin he’s very stoic and reserved. That type of character just doesn’t tend to appeal to me. He doesn’t have the sass and sarcasm that Mai did despite their personalities being rather similar. 

I dunno. There was no character in A:TLA that I actively dislike. And I definitely trust Bryke enough to say that will true of LoK. I’m sure an episode will come where I finally warm up to Mako.
