I take by “feelings” you mean romantic feelings? Personally, no. And I think the show would agree with me. The only time romance is brought up between them is when the show is poking fun at the rather zealous fans. 

And I don’t claim to speak for Zutara shippers, but if I was to take a wild stab I would say they tend to support the pairing for its potential rather than its canonical reality.
