Definitely. When they first were introduced I quite enjoyed Masami. Mako seemed to have found a sense of humour and Asami was really endearing to the whole group. They made a pretty good couple.

Unfortunately after 1x05 it no longer “made sense” for Mako to be in love with Asami. I still can’t quite get over that. The fact he would quantify girls to see whom it made more sense to date. jfc mako. ugh.
