Sorry, this has been bugging me for ages.

This has nothing to do with Avatar, but considering how many people follow this blog there’s a good chance someone can help explain something in the US version of The Killing? Basically I’m very confused about something in the plot and maybe one of my followers can help me out. Spoilers of course.

Essentially at the end of S1 the show leads you to believe that Richmond killed Rosie Larsen. There was mounting evidence against him, he went missing on the night of the murder, the photo of him at the booth and of course him being Orpheus. Now the first two pieces of evidence were later shown to be explainable. But I’m so confused why nobody has brought up the fact he was Orpheus? That was the name he used on the Beau Soleil website and it was shown to be him. He was the guy that had fantasized about drowning girls. Why does nobody bring up that up in S2? Was it shown not to be him and I’ve just missed that?

I know it doesn’t make him a murderer, but I’m just confused why no-one seems to care that he was sleeping with lots of girls and has really weird fantasies. If any of my followers can explain why Orpheus is never brought up I would be really grateful. Cause I can’t figure it out and the only thing I like about this show is its attention to detail. And the sweaters, they always wear such nice sweaters.

# the killing # i lost my shit in the last episode # when the key card led back to the richmond campaign # but then i realized it has to be either the girl or creepy campaign guy
