Eh, as I was saying earlier the show was so thematic in its approach to a police state that people are gonna think of different things when they watch the episode. I’m familiar with 1927 riots, and why of course you can compare them, it’s not the only legitimate comparison. I’m also not comfortable with completely equating the Equalists with Chinese Communists as I think it’s too simplistic. 

Anyway, as I was saying before. The whole episode for me was a commentary on the abuse of power and privilege. It’s gonna ring true for a lot of people, albeit in slightly different ways.
